In which country is our delivery service offered?

  • We deliver to Canada.

What are the costs for delivery?

  • Standard delivery: free for all orders of $75 or more. A $9 delivery fee applies to orders under $75.

Are there return costs?

  • There are no return costs! If you do not have a return slip in your package, contact customer service at the following email: sac@gocheapgo.com

Are shipping costs refunded if I return my order?

  • Shipping costs are not refunded if you return your order.


Where can I find my invoice/order confirmation?

  • You will receive an email after your purchase with the invoice number and tracking number. You also have the option to log in with the connection tab to see all your orders.

What is the order processing time?

  • If you have selected the standard delivery option; Your order will be shipped between 3-5 business days, delays may occur. As for the fast delivery option; Your order will be shipped between 1-3 business days, delays may occur.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

  • You will receive an email with your GLS delivery number when the order is packed and ready to leave our warehouse. You can also go to the GLS website (https://gls-canada.com/fr/express/suivi) and enter your delivery number in the box provided for this purpose.


How to return online purchases?

  1. Go to the site provided for this purpose by clicking here.
  2. Access your order by entering your order number, as well as the email used, in the box provided for this purpose.
  3. Select the items you wish to exchange or return. Please note that bottoms, swimsuits, boxers and pajamas are considered final sale.
  4. When you have selected the items you wish to exchange or return, select from the ten (10) reasons available to you, the reason for your exchange or return.
  5. Choose the refund or exchange option.
  6. Select the box with the free delivery option.
  7. Validate all previous steps.
  8. You will receive in the following minutes; confirmation of your return or exchange request as well as an email allowing you to print the delivery slip.
  9. Return the unworn and unused item to its original packaging.
  10. Before sending your return package, please remove all labels on the packaging and affix the slip that you have just printed.

Is it possible to have a price adjustment?

What are the repayment deadlines?

When your package is received at the head office, your order will be processed within 24-48 hours. When the refund is issued, it may take 1-10 days for the refund to appear in your credit card account.

How can I buy a gift card?

You can buy a gift card online and in store. However, gift cards purchased online are valid online only.

Is there a limit on gift cards I can purchase or a total amount limit?

You can buy as many gift cards as you want. Gift cards are available at values
from: 25 - 50$ - 75$ - 100$ - 150$.

Can gift cards expire?

There is no expiration date for gift cards.

How do I know the amount remaining on my gift card(s)?

How do I know I'm selecting the right size?

We have a charter of explanatory quantities with each of our products. You can see how to take your measurements and thus make the right choice of size. *The majority of our products are semi-fitted.

How to use a coupon code?

You have a promo code but I don't know how to use it?

You will be able to use your promo code at the end of your transaction when you are at the payment stage. You can find a box provided for this purpose.
